Terms of return and exchange of goods purchased in the Meeples & Coffee board games store.
Goods in our store are covered by warranty, which confirms the absence of manufacturing defects in the product.
Please check the completeness and absence of defects in the product upon receipt (completeness is determined by the description of the product on the box).
If defects or shortages are detected, we will arrange for a replacement or send the missing component within 1 working day to 1 month, depending on the availability of the component.
Please also send us a photo of the defective game or component.
You may also exchange or return items within 14 days of purchase. This right is guaranteed to you by the "Consumer Protection Act".
To take advantage of this opportunity, please make sure that:
- the item, has not been used and has no signs of use: scratches, chips, scuffs;
- the item is fully complete and intact in its packaging (with the protective film intact);
- all labels and factory markings are intact.
If the item is returned, all shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
